DESCRIPTION:
EC-910 thickness gauge can nondestructive measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface and non-ferromagnetic metal coating on ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel and cobalt) surface. It is mainly used to measure the thickness of paint, anticorrosive coating, fire proof layer, enamel or ceramic protective layer on iron, stainless steel, aluminum or copper surface.
EC-910 can be matched with a variety of easy to replace the separation probe, its maximum range of 20mm, resolution of up to 1μm. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of the probe shrinking into the instrument, the thickness of the metal surface coating can be measured by the instrument.
EC-910 has a streamlined menu and data display interface to display both average, minimum and maximum values.In addition, the instrument contains large capacity memory. In the process of measurement, the instrument can count and record the measurement results. Data recorded can be transmitted to the computer through USB data lines.
